🎄 CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY

Our goal is for everyone to enjoy their advent calendar in time for the holiday season!

If your order does not arrive by December 1 due to a shop-related error: We will offer a refund or store credit, as applicable.

If your order is delayed due to postal issues: This includes packages stuck in transit, delayed at a sorting facility, or held at a specific postal location. Since we cannot control carrier delays after the package has been shipped, we will review these situations individually and may offer a partial refund or discount as a courtesy.

Please remember that carrier delays are outside of our control, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a package is in the postal service’s hands.
